2. Products & Availability
• All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal and market availability.
• If specific flowers or containers are unavailable, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette.
• Product photos are representative; natural variations in flowers are expected.
3. Orders & Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery
• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather conditions, or third-party delivery services.
• If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
Pickup
• Pickup orders must be collected during posted business hours.
• Unclaimed pickup orders after 24 hours may be considered fulfilled due to the perishable nature of flowers.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
• Same-day or last-minute orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final once delivered or picked up, except in cases of quality issues.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for review.
6. Quality Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied due to quality concerns, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Approved issues may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Vera Bloom Flowers & Decor and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vera Bloom Flowers & Decor is not liable for:
• Allergic reactions
• Delays due to external factors
• Indirect or incidental damages
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
