Delivery
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes — we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM, depending on availability. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute surprises.
What areas do you deliver to?
Vera Bloom is proudly based in Irvine and delivers throughout Orange County. Delivery fees may vary depending on distance.
Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?
Absolutely. At checkout you can select your preferred delivery date and time window, and we’ll carefully plan your delivery.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
Our driver will safely leave the flowers in a shaded, secure spot and send a delivery confirmation. If special instructions are needed, please include them in your order notes.
About the Flowers
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Yes — leave your preferences in the order notes. While we can’t guarantee every bloom, we’ll always design with your wishes in mind.
Do you use seasonal flowers?
We work with the freshest seasonal blooms available. Occasionally, flower varieties may be substituted with equal or higher-value alternatives to maintain quality and design.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at +1 (562) 666-7800. Changes or cancellations can be made before your order has been prepared. We’ll always do our best to help when contacted in time.
What if I need to reschedule delivery?
We can reschedule delivery once, free of charge, if you notify us before the original delivery date.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at checkout for a seamless and secure payment experience.
Are prices tax-included?
No — listed prices do not include sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on the delivery location. This ensures transparent pricing in accordance with local tax regulations.
