1. All Sales Are Final (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, all sales are final once an order has been delivered or picked up.
2. Order Cancellations & Changes
• Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Same-day, next-day, or last-minute orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Custom arrangements, event florals, and holiday orders are non-refundable once production has started.
3. Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied due to a quality issue:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Provide clear photos of the arrangement
If approved, we may offer:
• A replacement arrangement
• Store credit
• A partial refund, at our discretion
4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for refunds due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
• Recipient unavailability
• Refusal of delivery
• Weather delays or events beyond our control
• Delays caused by third-party delivery services
If flowers are left in a safe location and later damaged due to environmental conditions, the order is considered fulfilled.
5. Pickup Orders
• Pickup orders must be collected during posted business hours.
• Orders not picked up within 24 hours are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refund.
6. Substitutions
• Flower and container substitutions may occur due to availability.
• Substitutions are not considered a valid reason for a refund if the overall style, color, and value are maintained.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
• Delivered or picked-up floral arrangements
• Custom designs and event orders
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
